The private investigation offices are obliged to comply with the law 3206/2003 set out in the Government Gazette 298/A/23.12.2003 and concerns private investigators.
The surveillance of people is allowed strictly under certain preconditions such as:
Child Surveillance: it can be conducted only upon request and always with the legal agreement (in writing) of the guardians. For the surveillance of minors we can collect information to determine how they behave outside the family environment.
Facing stalking incidents: do you suspect that you are in danger or that someone stalks your movements, your personal or professional space or even your telecommunications?
